Consultations are available by appointment, either in our studio or at the shows, or via telephone. Check our

Monies: Once the design is ordered, a 50% deposit is required and the finished garment will not be delivered until payment is received in full. All custom orders are non-returnable.
Measurements: Measurements should be taken according to our measurement chart. You may print a copy and fax it to us once completed or complete it online and submit to us through the Shopping Cart. Please wear the undergarments you will be wearing when you wear the garment as they can make inches of difference. If you’re going to use a padded bra or bodyshaper, put it on to do the measurements. It is best if you have someone take your measurements for you and do it twice to be sure they’re correct.
Fitting and Alterations: We make a great effort to assure our garments fit properly. If possible we prefer to conduct two fittings during the construction process. If this is not possible the garment will be made to the measurements given at time of order. Please know, however, that alterations may be necessary to achieve the proper fit.
We will complete alterations required for correct fit at the original measurements given if the customer notifies us within 10 days of receipt of the garment. The garment must be returned to us immediately upon notification of the necessary alterations. It should be unworn and in the original packaging. The changes will be completed within two weeks of our receipt of the garment and it will be shipped back to the client. Please note there will be a charge for alterations required to accommodate weight gain/loss and/or a change of undergarments and these alterations may take longer than two weeks depending upon our production schedule. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
Refunds
Custom orders are nonrefundable. If a client can not or does not make the final payment within 30 days of completion of the garment, it will be offered for sale in the Boutique unless other arrangements have been made. The deposit will not be refunded.
